As a skin care professional I’m often asked what’s the best acne treatment available on the market today and I always answer the same way: Work out a good skin care program suitable for you and stick to it religiously and you won’t need any acne treatments, simple as!
All these ads on TV and in the magazines etc. that proclaim themselves to be the best acne treatment have nothing to back up those claims because its impossible to back them up. Everyone has different skin types, different causes of acne, are more susceptible to certain medications etc. What may work for one person may well not work on another so no particular type of acne treatment can proclaim to be “The Best Acne Treatment In The World…Ever!”
Another thing to remember when you are on the hunt for an acne treatment is that it is in the manufacturers interests that they do NOT cure you acne. They will show an improvement to your acne in a few days as the ads claim but they are very harsh on your skin so that as soon as you stop using the treatment another outbreak occurs, usually worse than the first one!
How does this happen? The treatments shred the essential oils from your skin so your glands produce extra to try and replace them. This extra oil is kept in check while you continue to apply the treatment but once you stop, your skin can’t cope with the extra oils and the acne breaks out again.
When the new acne appears the manufacturers hope that you will remember how well their treatment got your spots to go down last time and so rush out to buy more, believing theirs to really be the “best acne treatment on the market.”
So, next time you are in the drugstore looking at all those acne products wondering if any of these could be the best acne treatment, stop and move to the skin care products. You will want a quality cleanser which you should use last thing at night before bed. Also get yourself quality moisturizer and toner which should be used in the morning after a gentle wash with none perfumed soap.
When you first start your skin care regime you will probably already have an acne outbreak. If so, choose one of the mild treatments and apply it once per day straight after you have applied the toner and moisturizer.
Ideally you should be looking for an acne skin care treatment such as AcneZine. These types of treatment take a little longer to work but are designed to be much kinder to your skin so in the long term work much better than even the best acne treatment on the market.

The internet is a great place place to find an acne skin care product but you should be aware that many are too harsh on the skin and will cause your acne to get worse. They get rid of your current breakout but cause an even worse one to follow along once you stop using the treatment.
This happens because the acne skin care product removes the oils from your skin but your skin needs these oils to prevent it from drying out and becoming wrinkly and weathered so your glands produce more oils to compensate. This means once you stop using the treatment, your face has to much oil and this leads to worse acne.
There is one acne skin care product available worldwide that can genuinely call itself both an acne treatment and a skin care product. AcneZine takes the unique approach of first treating your current outbreak and then preventing further acne attacks by introducing natural antioxidants into your body such as Aloa Vera, Lavender and Green Tea.
“The Best Acne Skin Care Product On The Market Today”
Used and recommended by dermatologists, makeup artists and other skin care experts for its unique approach, not only is it considered the best but it is also considered the only true acne skin care product because it genuinely looks after and improves your skin while at the same time curing your acne.
How AcneZine Works
AcneZine comes as a 2 part acne skin care product. The first is in Gelatin capsule form and you simply take one a day with a glass of water. This gets vitamins and antioxidents into your body to start the healing process to your skin. Ingredients include Vitamins C and E and antioxidents such as Aloe Vera and Bioperine. Aloe Vera is known to heal scar tissue while Bioperine helps your body to absorb the supplements so that they get to work straight away. The second part of the treatment is an acne moisturizing creme developed to be mild and gentle to your skin but packed with healing ingredients and antioxidents so that it repairs quickly and properly.
If you use properly and follow the instructions you will find this acne skin care product gets rid of your current pimples, whiteheads and blackheads as well as reducing any redness. AcneZine is for both teens and adults, is backed by dermatologists and comes with a 90 day money back guarantee.
I am a great believer in prevention when it comes to acne or skin care in general and as this product is one of the only ones on the market to actually try and prevent acne rather than encourage it with harsh treatments i have no problems recommending it. Find out about AcneZine

When it comes to learning about what the best acne spot treatment is, you should be aware it will vary from one acne sufferer to the next. Acne spot treatment refers to the treatment of just specific spots on the face, rather than the entire general face area. This is useful for people who have mild acne conditions, who only have a few pimples here and there and not all over their face.
If you are interested in acne spot treatment products, there are a few in particular that I consider to be really effective and which you may want to want to consider.
Recommended Acne Spot Treatment Products
One of the best acne spot treatment products out there today is the Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment. This is a product that is perfect for using on specific spots on your face, so you can target those problem areas and not worry about the skin that is not affected by the acne.
Murad Acne Treatment is another spot treatment for acne that you may want to try. It contains a powerful formula with sulfar in it which helps to minimize the severity of current acne breakouts. Zinc is also contained in this formula and soothes and helps reduce inflammation. Salicylic acid exfoliates to accelerate healing, licorice extract and allantonin are power anti-inflammatory ingredients which help to reduce inflammation, and hydrolyzed oat flour helps to contract dryness and flaking.
If you are interested in finding out about what other spot treatments for acne are out there and what you can do in terms of dealing with your acne problem, the best idea is going to be for you to speak to your doctor. They will be able to provide you with a proper assessment of your condition and also determine what particular treatment is going to be most suitable for you and offer you the results that you are looking for.
Just remember how important it is that if you only have mild acne you use an acne spot treatment rather than a product that goes all over your face, because if you do this you may end up damaging the skin that was fine to begin with.
Acne can be a very troublesome condition to deal with because it can cause you to lose self esteem and confidence and leave you feeling ashamed and embarrassed. Your face and skin is one of the first things that people notice when they look at you and so of course you want to make sure that your skin is as healthy and beautiful as it can be.

Believe it or not, acne blemish treatment is not as difficult as some people make it out to be. Many people are under the false assumption that to really address breakouts, you need an entire arsenal of cleansers, toners, astringents, topical agents, and so on. While all of these things may be helpful and even necessary in some cases and under certain circumstances, it’s also true that acne blemish treatment usually boils down to a few simple steps and important factors. Let’s review some of those simple tips here.
For one thing, keep in mind that using far too many products for acne blemish treatment can only irritate your skin, leaving it red, blotchy, itchy, overly dry, and so on. You can also wind up with a lot of dry skin flakes because of this, and of course dry skin over acne only makes the problem worse. A better course for acne blemish treatment is to use a very mild and gentle cleanser just once or twice per day, no more. Follow that with a light moisturizer and then just use acne medication in the spots where you have the most breakouts. This way you’re not overdoing it when following an acne blemish treatment and won’t harm the rest of your skin on your face or make the condition worse.
Many people skip the part about moisturizing when applying acne blemish treatment, assuming that their breakouts are caused by too much oil and so moisturizing only makes the problem worse. In reality, if your skin is too dry or you’re stripping too much oil from it then your skin might overcompensate by sending the oil glands into overdrive, producing even more oil than before. Using a light, water-based moisturizer can actually help with acne blemish treatment! Your skin knows that it’s getting the moisture it needs so it slows down the oil glands in many cases.
Not doing things that are harsh and rough on your skin is also important when using an acne blemish treatment. It’s easy to be frustrated and even angry at your acne and your skin, and those who do often find that they are very rough with their skincare regimen, using rough loofah sponges and other items, or scrubbing too vigorously. This only serves to irritate your skin and may stimulate those oil glands even more, since oil is the skin’s natural protection against such rough treatment. When using an acne blemish treatment it’s better to be gentle with your skin than it is to be rough. When you’re gentle, your skin will have a chance to heal itself and this means it can address the acne problem.
And of course there’s no reason you shouldn’t consult with a dermatologist when choosing an acne blemish treatment. There are many new products on the market and new options for you. These options are usually much less harsh and invasive than many off the shelf products. AcneZine is a superb acne blemish treatment that is often recommended by skincare professionals and dermatologists.

It might seem like an oxymoron to some who really don’t believe that there’s anything simple about possible or potential acne treatment skin care. They may have had some experience in trying to treat their acne and have found that potential solutions have been anything but simple, and have involved complicated cleaning regimens, dozens of different products, and so on. But in truth, acne treatment skin care typically boil down to a few simple steps and yes, possibly a few simple products.
Many who try acne treatment skin care make the mistake of going overboard in their use, using harsh soaps and cleansers in the treatment of their skin. As with
any other physical condition, using too much medication or too many products is not going to do any good and may actually make things worse. Your skin is a living organ that needs proper treatment, not punishment. A very gentle and mild cleanser, one for sensitive skin, is usually best when it comes to acne treatment skin care. While there are plenty of soaps that are advertised as being for acne sufferers, these are usually far too harsh to use every single day.
There are many things you can do at home by way of acne treatment skin care. For example, acne is caused by dirt, oil and bacteria getting trapped in enlarged pores and hair follicles and a small layer or skin not breaking over them so that these can get washed or rinsed away. Using a warm mist vaporizer or humidifier has seemed to help some; of course you can burn your skin if you hold your face too close or if the steam is too warm, but as acne treatment skin care go, this one does seem to do some good. Many use them before cleaning their face so that the pores are open and more able to be cleaned out.
Homemade facial masks also help to clean out the pores and clear away acne. Some have reported that these types of acne treatment skin care are even more effective than ones they get from the dermatologist. Honey, oatmeal, avocado, lemon, cucumber, eggs, and yogurt are all common ingredients in these homemade facial masks. You may not think of these food products - most of which are in your refrigerator right now - as being effective acne treatment skin care but most contain natural cleansing agents, vitamins, and moisturizers that help to heal the skin and nourish it as well.
Many who engage in a simple regimen of gently washing their face with a mild cleanser, exfoliating once per week, and moisturizing every night find that this can be one of the best acne treatment skin care there is. Applying a homemade facial once per week or every other week contributes to the skin’s health overall as well and can help to keep it clear of bacteria and harmful elements. Of course, for very stubborn breakouts and for a chronic condition, a dermatologist can offer even more effective acne treatment skin care, from topical solutions to oral antibiotics that help to keep bacteria off the face as well.

Even in this modern day and age, many people think that pimples belong to the young and that acne is something that you just grow out of. All the marketing seems geared to the younger generation and finding an adult acne treatment can prove difficult.
The millions afflicted with constant and chronic adult acne would of course disagree that it is a “teen” problem, as they are all to aware that hitting a certain age does not guarantee that pimples will go away or that they will never again have to deal with acne. If you are someone that suffers with adult acne to any severity, what can you do? Does having acne into your adulthood mean that you’re just cursed with it forever and is there an adult treatment?
While it is true that your hormones and other adjustments that the body makes during the teenaged years can help bring out an acne attack, the problems that cause acne can happen to anyone regardless of their age. Adult acne is actually much more common than most people would think and this is because of the root cause of acne itself.
Bacteria, oil and dirt collect on your face regardless of your age, who you are or where you live and of your facial cleansing habits. For most adults, these elements of modern life get washed away in the shower or bath, even if you don’t use cleansers. But for those suffering with adult acne, the particles of dirt get caught or trapped in hair follicles and pores and there is a covering of skin that forms over it so that this collection of “gunk” builds up into what we call a pimple.
This is very important for anyone with pimples to understand, whether during their teen years or whether as an adult. It’s not the dirt and oil itself that’s a problem, but rather it’s that defect of the skin that forms over it that actually causes the pimple. If you think about it, anyone can have that type of skin condition that leads to acne; this is not something that is directly connected to the changes a body goes through during puberty or teen years.
It is true that there are probably more cases of teen acne than there are cases of adult acne, no doubt due in part to the fact that a teenager’s body is going through bursts of hormones and the oil glands, along with every other part of the body, aren’t always functioning properly as the child grows into adulthood.
They may have a lot more oil on their face than grownups do, but this doesn’t mean that teen acne is really any different in cause than adult acne. Some research seems to suggest that people who eat a lot of fried and greasy foods are sometimes more prone to adult acne, and some have found that things that regulate their hormones, such as birth control pills, actually clear up their skin as well.
Rather than just accept your adult acne as part of your overall look and think that you’re somehow cursed, try a mild adult acne treatment that focuses on prevention via skincare or failing that, visit your dermatologist. They will have quite a few options for adult acne treatment that can help your acne regardless of how severe it is or how long you have been suffering with it.

Here’s a question for you: Why have you given me a pill that should I wish to take, will prevent me from becoming pregnant yet you cannot come up with a cure for acne?
I agree that the acne is a far better contraception than the pill but really, the mind boggles! You can stop me getting pregnant by popping a pill, you can give me a jab that prevents me getting flu, you can even change my heart should this one start having problems but a cure for acne, I might as well ask for equal pay!
Ok perhaps I am being a little unfair. Dermatologists and doctors have made some great advances in understanding the causes and prevention of acne but they have yet to come up with the magic bullet cure for acne.
So while they search for the “magic bullet” what do we do in the meantime when we get an outbreak and need a cure for acne? Well, there are plenty of things that we can do to treat and address our condition to both heal up outbreaks and prevent new ones as well. While some of these things might include one or two products and treatment options, many of them involve just a few simple changes in your skincare routine to achieve clear acne free skin.
If you are already using one those miracle “Acne Gone In Just 3 Days” type cure for acne, go and read the instructions properly. Most of these type of topical agents are very harsh to your skin and over use can cause worse outbreaks than the one you were trying to clear! If you must use this type of cure for acne, only apply it once a day. The best time is at night before you go to bed and resist the urge to repeat the dose in the morning as this will make your skin dry.
Same thing goes for cleansers and medicated soaps. If you use them too much your body simply goes into overtime and creates more oils to compensate for your bodies loss of them. Treat a cure for acne as you would any medication or ointment and follow the instructions to the letter.
How much effect your diet has on your acne depends on which “expert” you talk to but common sense tells us that a fit and healthy body will look after itself. We have members who have cut out chocolate for instance and seen improvements in their skin. While this is hard to prove for obvious reasons a good healthy diet with less fried foods should be a part of any cure for acne.
In extreme cases a dermatologist can prescribe medications, both topical and oral as a cure for acne and these are usually in the form of a course of antibiotics which help clean up the trapped bacteria.
Prevention is the best cure for acne and the best way to prevent acne is careful and proper skincare. Use a mild cleanser at night before bed and then in the morning apply a good quality toner followed by moisturizer (again a good quality) and finally a mild application of topical treatment.
If you follow these steps every day, you will soon have acne free skin. You will find lots more info in our Cures For Acne members club.

If you are one of the many millions of people out there who are trying to deal with an acne skin condition, it is important that you realize there are many acne skin treatment options out there that you can use to help deal with your acne and get your skin clear again.
Before you can make an educated choice about which acne skin treatment you will be trying, its best to understand the type of acne you have and how the various types of acne skin treatments on the market work.
So Just What is Acne?
Acne is a skin condition that occurs for several reasons but probably the most common is as a result of an overproduction of oil by the oil glands in your skin. A certain amount of oil is required to keep your skin from drying out, but once it gets to a point where it is clogging up your pores and causing pimples, you may well have an acne problem. An acne skin condition can range from being so mild that you may only get a few pimples a month to being so severe that you end up with cysts which are closed sacs beneath the skin or deeper that contain fluid or semisolid substances.
Acne Skin Treatment
Finding an acne skin treatment that works for you can often be a case of trial and error because everyone is different and so each person’s acne condition needs to different treatments. First thing to do is to determine how serious your condition is and the type of acne it is that you have, mild or heavy. Its also important to understand that 99% of acne skin treatment is merely designed to clear the current outbreak of spots. They do not prevent further outbreaks and some even encourage further attacks by being too harsh on the skin.
“One of the best acne skin treatment products out there today is AcneZine“
This treatment acts to clear the current outbreak as well as introducing antioxidants such as Aloa Vera to your body to help clean your skin from the inside and prevent further outbreaks of acne. AcneZine is recommended by dermatologists and skincare specialists alike and differs from other “acne cures” as it attacks the acne on both fronts, cure and future prevention. This is the best acne skin treatment on the market and you can find more details by AcneZine” target=”_blank”>clicking here.
Another well known acne skin treatment is the Zenmed Derma Cleanse System. Whatever your skin type, it helps to remove the dead skin cells, cleanse your pores to encourage new skin to form. Again, Zenmed Derma concentrates on prevention but this time by attempting to clean the skin from the outside.
Try to avoid any harsh acne skin treatment because while the results may be quick in getting your current outbreak to calm down, in the long run they merely encourage further outbreaks. You will find more information explaining how many acne skin treatment manufacturers actually create their products so that they encourage further outbreaks on the unsuspecting user in our Cure For Acne members section.
